Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from Happy Dayz ('we', 'us', 'our'). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Happy Dayz is a skincare brand based in the United Kingdom. Our registered business operates under the laws of England and Wales.
2. Products & Skincare Disclaimer
Our products are cosmetic skincare products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary between individuals. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24–48 hours before full application.
If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or any skin conditions, please consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional before use. Happy Dayz accepts no liability for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow usage instructions or failure to conduct a patch test.
3. Allergen Information
Full ingredient lists are provided on each product listing. It is your responsibility to review these before purchase. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please check all ingredients carefully. Contact us before purchasing if you have any concerns.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
5. Returns & Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason (cooling-off period). To exercise this right, please contact us at your earliest opportunity.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. We cannot accept returns of opened skincare products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if we provided a prepaid return label.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Happy Dayz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Dayz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Happy Dayz and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
